The HR BP provides HR advice and supports management and employees in Eastern Europe, the Middle-East, South-Africa and newly assigned coutries, totalling approximately 100 employees. He or she acts as a partner to business management and helps the business in achieving its goals. Coordinates and participates in the recruitment and selection of new employees from coordinating local search agencies up to the job offer. Provides management support dealing with performance of employees and the annual appraisal process. Identifies individual education, training and development needs and puts these in practice. Assists management with reducing sick leave and other forms of absenteeism and provides support in case of long term illnesses. Prepares monthly and quarterly HR reports. The HR BP keeps up to date with all legal advances and provides expertise in cases of dispute in local jurisdictions, providing advice to the business and using locally established legal experts.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor degree in Human Resources and 3 years experience as Human Resources Advisor within an international sales and marketing environment. Excellent knowledge of (international) employee legislation and HR best practice in various areas. He or she is proactive, offers assistance even when not asked and initiating improvements. Is cultural and organisational sensitive. Has a good knowledge and understanding of Arab cultures (lived there!) and is open for new cultures. Is a good organiser and has perfect oral and writing skills in both Dutch and English.

The HR business partner manages and delivers HR-services to the management at the headquarters. He or she supports the implementation of strategic goals. Manages the day to day issues related to HR. Advises managers on counselling employees regarding performance issues. He or she manages the organization design and development initiatives and recommends the best solution, meeting current and future business needs. Implements and controls regional HR initiatives to leverage the company's best practices. Gives follow-up on monthly KPI reporting to provide various business leaders with critical management information. He or she trains and coaches management in day-to-day HR practises and controls HR budgets. Leads or actively participates in projects. One of the HR Business Partners will focus on employees in sales & marketing, the other one on finance & supply chain management.
Succesful candidates have a BA/MA-degree in business/economic sciences and at least seven years allround HR experience at different levels in multinational companies. They are credible business- and sparring partners with proven communication skills at all managerial levels. Understand the fmcg business and its impulse category strategy. Hij of zij ontwikkelt, verbetert en onderhoudt het trainingsmateriaal op basis van de feedback van de trainingssessies en koppelt structurele technische problemen terug.. De trainer beslist welke methodes het beste zijn, afhankelijk van budget, timing, inhoud en end-user requirements. Onderhoudt het netwerk voor de realisatie van specifieke materialen.
De gezochte kandidaat heeft een relevante hbo-opleiding en minimaal drie jaar ervaring met een technisch productenpakket en toegepaste techniek. Is ervaren in het geven van producttrainingen aan kleine en middelgrote groepen. Hij of zij heeft kennis van moderne opleidingsprogramma’s en het ontwikkelen van methoden en technieken. Heeft hierin een nuchtere en realistische benadering. Uitstekende beheersing van de Nederlandse en Engelse taal. Kennis van Spaans, Frans en Duits is een pre.
